Wii Fit Ordered
I ordered the Wii Fit from eBay yesterday. It should be in Friday or Tuesday. I'll start tracking at that point.
I've also joined Weight Watchers to monitor and regulate my food consumption. They're limiting me to 34 points a day. It's less than I normally eat, but in addition to the Wii Fit, it should help give some results sooner.

Obout this blog
I've decided to buy a Wii Fit.
I'm currently well out of shape. I work in IT, and spend most of my time in a chair. When I'm not at work, I go home and watch TV or play video games. There is almost no physical activity in my life, so I'm curious as to how much the Wii Fit will help me.
I intend to update the blog with statistics as I work out daily. I don't plan on changing my diet, or to perform any exercise outside of the Wii Fit and other Wii games.
The last time I checked, I weigh 215lbs, and I am about 6 feet 2 inches tall.
